[Bug 9056] Mono 1.2.4 fails to find mscorlib.dll on startup

I just looked at winetricks and they use 1.2.3, with a couple registry entries.
 I'll give that a shot, since the mono team is likely not interested in
figuring out why 1.2.4 fails.
