[Bug 4221] VistaTask can run apps, but two-word menu items confuse it

OK, I was an idiot.  The right fix is to tell the script
to wait for the picasa window to appear.  e.g.

<VistaTask>
<step>
        <action>Start</action>
        <text>c:\Program Files\Picasa2\Picasa2.exe</text>
</step>
<step>
        <action>Wait for Window to Appear</action>
        <text>Picasa2</text>
        <timeout>60</timeout>

        <action>Select Menu Item</action>
        <text>&File; &Import From</text>
</step>
</VistaTask>
