On macOS, copying a file from a Windows application running under Wine (for
example, the file explorer) does not initially allow the file to be pasted.
However, strangely, after pasting once within Safari (which seems able to
receive the paste; not matter if within a certain context), it becomes possible
to paste the file into Finder.

I reproduced the issue with both Wine 11.0 and Wine 11.11.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Copy a file from inside Wine, for example bla.txt.
2. Switch to Finder and try to paste it in some folder.
3. Nothing happens.
4. Paste the same clipboard item once inside Safari (not matter where).
5. Return to Finder and paste again.
6. The file now pastes successfully.

I checked, and this behavior happens consistently in both Wine 11.0 and Wine
11.11. Safari appears to trigger or normalize the clipboard data in a way that
allows Finder to use it afterward (the problem is not finder specific and
reproduces also with other file receivers).

The relevant console output is below.

When the file is copied in Wine Explorer, Wine advertises CF_HDROP using
delayed rendering and maps it to the macOS filename pasteboard type:

The first paste attempt in Finder produces no additional Wine log output and
does not paste the file.

Pasting once in Safari produces:

After this Safari paste, Finder can paste the file successfully. The successful
Finder paste does not add any further Wine log output.

This suggests the file list is initially exposed through delayed clipboard
rendering. Finder's first paste does not appear to trigger Wine's
WM_RENDERFORMAT path, while Safari does. Once Safari causes Wine to materialize
and export the CF_HDROP data as NSFilenamesPboardType, Finder can paste the
file normally.
