Manifest needed to run many apps

The latest boinc starts ok for me if I copy
the attached file into the winsxs/manifests 
directory, e.g.
   mkdir -p .wine/drive_c/windows/winsxs/manifests
   cp *.Manifest .wine/drive_c/windows/winsxs/manifests
