[Bug 9148] Wine can't seem to cerate any K-Menu entries.

I clearly stated "Also please run `kmenuedit` and verify that Wine entries
really do not exist." It _DOES NOT_ say "because you had told me to edit them in".

Remove ~/.config/menus/, ~/.local/share/applications, ~/.local/share/icons
And reinstall programs under Wine.

I DO NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE WINE. YOU DO NOT
HAVE TO REINSTALL WHOLE YOUR DISTRO. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO _ANYTHING_ ELSE!!!

If this instructions are WAY OVER YOUR HEAD then please do not ever bother
reporting bugs!!!

Again INVALID. THIS IS PROBLEM WITH KDE FOR NOT PICKING UP NEW ENTRIES NOT WINE!!!
