  ntdll: Preserve nonvolatile registers across VEH callbacks.
  
  Some applications use VEH callbacks restore nonvolatile registers
  before returning.
  
  Invoke VEHs through a wrapper that saves and restores the nonvolatile
  registers around the callback.
