  ddraw: Do not render to the clipping window in exclusive fullscreen mode.
  
  We still want to render to the screen directly, for the purposes of things like
  locking the frontbuffer. Rendering to the clipping window would be lost in
  exclusive fullscreen mode.
  
  This fixes rendering in Super Naughty Maid 2.
