	Hans Leidekker <hans(a)it.vu.nl>
	Move ICC profile handling into its own file.
	Test GetColorProfileFromHandle and SetColorProfileHeader.
	Test and partially implement {G,S}etStandardColorSpaceProfile{A,W}.
	Improve existing tests and fix any bugs they revealed.
