wined3d: Remove the "more than one back buffer" FIXME from wined3d_swapchain_init().

This is a very old FIXME, and I think at this point most people have
simply learned to ignore it, but this functionality has in fact been
implemented ever since the "AlwaysOffscreen" swapchain path was
introduced.
