Removed untranslated status pages from Hebrew directory

These pages are exact copies of the English pages, which will
eventually be moved to the wiki anyway.

The main page for WineHQ's status section has been translated
(and retained). It doesn't ask for the deleted pages specifically;
it just uses the PHP {$root} variable like the other translations.
