I've disabled account creation on the wiki. We already only allow trusted accounts to edit the wiki. I'm tired of the bots just adding accounts for no reason. From now on, if someone wants an account for editing, they can contact me, and I'll get them setup, as I've already been doing edit privs anyway. -N

Don't use 'test-live' as a base because we cannot assume that rebooting it will not break its configuration. But do use snapshots such as 'test-adm' as a base. This allows automating the creation of live snapshots for Windows versions where a given option is not supported. Delegate generating the inside of a cell to GenerateDataView() such that GenerateDataCell() only deals with the cell itself. Remove GetDisplayValue() and GetEscapedDisplayValue(): CollectionBlocks don't deal with editing so there is no need for access to the 'raw' data. Thus they are both replaced by GenerateDataView(). This reduces the number of Tasks that need to be loaded from the database and processed in order to collect the statistics for short periods of time. A big source of inefficiency is the loading of the Tasks a handful at a time. But fixing that requires a bigger code reorganisation. There are some smaller optimisations that can provide 10-20% speedups like caching some object properties to avoid the AUTOLOAD performance penalty.
