Any recommendations on 64-bit debugging tools?

For those of you who have developed 64-bit apps with wine, I'd like to ask what debugging tools and techniques you found most effective in that environment.

Anyone have good luck with the 64-bit winedbg or remote debugging using Visual Studio?
