Windows installer XML (WiX) released on sourceforce by Microsoft

Given the problems that Wine has had with Installers, had anyone noticed
that WiX has now been released by Microsoft (under the CPL license) on
Sourceforge.

It seems to be accessible as http://wix.sf.net, but that redirects to a
