[PATCH] uiribbon: Add stubs for IUIImageFromBitmap.

This is needed to start the open source delphi framework
RibbonFramework's RibbonDesigner.exe, which can be used to create ribbon
xml files. It tries to get the class object (using DllGetClassObject) for
UIRibbonImageFromBitmapFactory, which implements IUIImageFromBitmap
interface, and crashes.
