Valgrind and COD4

Hi,

I'd like to run valgrind + wine + cod4. But there is a problem: The 
preloader problem. When I run valgrind --trace-children=yes 
~/Desktop/wine/native/wine iw3sp.exe, I got the preloader problem. When 
I run  ~/Desktop/wine/native/wine iw3sp.exe there is no preloader 
problem. Any hints on this? (The same applies for valgrind+wine+notepad.)
