I resent parts 4 and 5 that had comments and also parts 6,7 and 9 that did not 
apply cleanly after the changes to 5.

I'm not subscribed to wine-devel, so I didn't see any message that did not 
have me in CC. I'll look through the list archive for the comments I missed.
