Thank you for the review. These interface declarations are required for SDL2 project[1]. The IDL files will be imported to mingw-w64 project and then those will be used to compile SDL2. If these changes are inappropriate for wine I can try to ask mingw-w64 developers to maintain IDL files without syncing with wine.
