While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be

TestBot doesn't understand the first patch in the series because it's 
not against wine.git. Anyway, all that's changed in tests is removing 
todo_wines, so it's safe to apply without TestBot coverage.
