[tools] testbot/TestLauncher: Import some sanity checks from WineTest.

check_wow64_registry() and check_mount_mgr() are the most likely to
detect Wine / WoW breakage.
check_display_driver() would likely always work... except if the display
driver is being actively worked on or something went wrong when setting
up the test VM.
Similarly running_on_visible_desktop() would likely only trigger if the
VM configration went wrong. But I think it makes sense to have the same 
set of sanity checks as WineTest.
