Hi Aurimas,

I was trying to update the NL resources but wasn't sure what to 
translate to.

Disallowed on an English Windows version is actually "Untrusted 
Certificates".

I will sent a "fix" for the English resources as the above makes more 
sense then 'Disallowed', I think.
