Some troubles with InstallShield

Can anyone test PHP Expert Editor for install? It uses InstallShield
and install loop at message "File access denied."

Installs fine here (except dialogbox at the end and that it requires ActiveX).

Make sure no other InstallShield instances are running before starting the
install. (killall wine-preloader)
