Please create 1.1 milestone in bugzilla

We're sorting through bugzilla fixing the target milestones
for important bugs, and it would be useful to have a 1.1
milestone (to go along with the existing 0.9 and 1.0 milestones).

Can the bugzilla admins create this, please?
