[PATCH 7/8] gdi32: Remove ordinal exports.

They're present on Windows 98, though. Of course, I don't know if they 
were ever used by an application we care about...

I don't think we have to care about these calls at all. Their purpose AFAICT is to support 16-bit printer drivers in Win32 apps. How many 16-bit printer drivers do we care about?
