Alexandre, I just noticed that this patch conflicts with my previous
patch "Remove unused types from win{16,32}.api" (I just forgot it wasn't
committed yet).

Don't apply this one for now, I'll send another version which will be
between (current cvs + remove unused) and (current cvs + remove unused +
add new).
