Mozilla-Win32 Winelib build update..

Hi guys, just wanted to update you all that I am having some trouble getting my hands on that DSL router I was planning on having last week.  I should have it shortly after the first and can begin the build process then..  if all goes as planned.  Sorry about the long wait and happy holidays to all.

Hi Dustin,

I think I might take over the Mozilla porting, I need a large test
set for wine{gcc,wrap} anyway :)
