wcs* functions within Wine

Hi,

I want to use wcsrchr and wcstrol in oleaut32.dll .  If I just use
them then we do indeed call the ntdll versions rather than libc which
is all very nice.  The question is, what include file am I supposed to
use to get their protoypes?
