File Handle from FileReferenceNumber

Hello,
can anybody help with example how to get File Handle from
FileReferenceNumber.
I have found that this can be done with ZwCreateFile and FILE_OPEN_BY_FILE_ID
option, but implementation seems quite tricky.
please help.
