[OT] Wine reveals bug in Microsoft Installer

I was recently just feeding random crap to Wine, in an attempt to
"stress-test" Wine, for a lack of better words. I fed it the Microsoft
Platform SDK Installer, and it revealed a bug in the program, probably
related to translation.
