ntoskrnl tests - where to write them?

I have been looking at writing a couple of tests for ntoskrl functions 
but I have had difficulty locating a suitable place.   It sort of looks 
like ntdll/tests is the place  but it is not clear.  Is there a guide 
for locating this one?

As far as Mingw goes, I think all you should need is something along
the lines of

-nostartfiles -nostdlib -Wl,--entry,_DriverEntry(a)8

A lot of tests depend on admin privileges, and especially the MSI tests cause 
a lot of clicking on error boxes if you accidently run them as a mundane 
user.

Umm, we have such drivers built-in... mountmgr.sys for instance.

But yes, getting this to work on Windows will be a pain.

Now I am working on ntoskrnl tests. I am going to send theirs to wine-patches soon.
