[PATCH] mmsystem.dll16: Pass through MCI_LIST, MCI_SETAUDIO, and MCI_SETVIDEO.

The lParam for all of these messages is an MCI_GENERIC_PARMS pointer,
which does not require any special translation.

This gets Wine closer to running the science game "What's the Secret?"
by 3M Learning Software without warnings.
