In new.png the green looks darker than the others. Maybe it should be 
lightened up a bit too.

We might also consider inverting the color of the text to increase the
contrast since it seems difficult to read.

how about moving the title to the row below?  removes the contrasting
text problem

I prefer to have the text in the colored bar because that way it matches 
the title at the top (Known bugs in suggestion.png).

So here's my proposal with a slightly lighter green and white text.

I like this order better.  Warnings should be first, howtos second and 
notes last.  Warnings should also be visible in 1024x768 mode as well.

The order and presence is specified by the maintainer, I just so
happened to create them in this order when I was testing.

There's been no change to layout so this still looks fine in 1024x768 too.

+1.  It appears that this screen layout is now the default (when I 
learned to program HTML it was 680x400 or smaller, i.e. webTV.)

I look forward to implementation of the new colors.
