Error 123

Hi, I just installed Wine on my comp and everything went well.  However,
when I installed my program and try to open it it gives me the error: Unable
to open com port (win error code: 123)
 Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

To use serial ports on Linux, your user must be a member of the "dialout"
group.
