Regression on Tuesday Dec 8

I was installing Dragon NaturallySpeaking on Tuesday with git and noticed that it was very slow to load. 
In addition, the "automatic" registration doesn't work as well as it used to. The link to the Scansoft site, to generate the code, does not work.
Regression test?  
Sigh.
