On Windows, Unity Web Player is installed in the following directory:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\WebPlayer\

The uninstaller is installed in the following directory:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Unity\WebPlayer\

If Unity Web Player is trying to update, then why not delete the following
file:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\WebPlayer\UnityWebPlayerUpdate.exe

It would no longer try to update, which means it would load normally without
moving any files.
