Starting from wine-staging 10.18, some apps have broken user interface.
I use 2 apps from our company which I cannot share, that was working perfectly
good up to Wine version 10.17, but from version 10.18 (also 10.19) there are
some broken user interface elements.
The same happens with AutoCAD LT 2004 (screenshot attached), and also with
Master Converter available here: https://www.savardsoftware.com/downloads.asp

I can confirm, the same bug continues with Wine 10.20
AutoCAD LT 2004 with Wine 10.20 have complete UI, but the app freezes after
window maximized
Savard software Master Converter and Garmin MapSource as well as 2 apps from
our company, continues with broken UI

Forgot to mention, I'm using Wine-staging under Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon
After system restore using Timeshift to snapshot with containing Wine 10.17,
all mentioned apps are working perfectly fine
