Sorry for the late reply. The error message "Device or resource busy" indicates a potential problem in communicating with the DNS resolver.

Maybe the issue has something to do with the hostname or the DNS resolver (dnsmasq / systemd-resolved), but I cannot pinpoint the exact cause.

Perhaps try on a new Linux installation (with another hostname) and see if it works?
