:-) I'd think the more likely conclusion is, winetools really needs some
upgrading; (it seems, as long as it's hard for newbies to use wine with
commonly-used windows apps, there is a need for some tool to ease
installing them such that they can use it - in the current situation
there is probably still a need for such tool)
The original statement is not true, the magic done by winetools is not just
in the config file.
