I've confirmed that wine-6.0.1-rc2 works on Apple Silicon, so anyone on an Apple Silicon device can use wine64 with this release.

- Pulled in 3 patches for Apple Silicon requested by Dean.
- A regression fix for one of the above patches (bug #50790)

With this patches 6.0.1 should be able to run on Apple Silicon.
But I can't test it myself so I haven't added it to the release notes.
