There is a solution in the bug..  Could someone please look and let the person know if that would be something that AJ would commit?  If so, could you assist him with deriving a patch from his solution so that he can submit it to wine-patches.  I would, but the lights are flickering at my place due to storms and so I need to turn off the comp.
