You're not supposed to use DTT_VALIDBITS here. DTT_VALIDBITS means all member values are valid. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/uxtheme/ns-uxtheme-dttop.... You should specify DTT_FONTPROP here.
