The stubs provided by Hans in
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2007-February/036050.html
prevent the crash, but the installer keeps running forever
after wineboot, outputting
fixme:setupapi:SetupDiGetClassDevsW : returning empty list
fixme:setupapi:SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces 0x169c20, (nil),
{3219d400-e372-4b5d-ab0f-d2594cd9084d}, 0x00000000, 0x34fc74
once a second or so.
