Crash log

As of quite recently, Icewind Dale now crashes when attempting to run it. A
regression test reveals:

    user32: Moved the DCE support from winex11 back to user32.

    Window and class DCEs are now allocated lazily.

Before the above commit, Icewind Dale ran flawlessly.
