Report typical Windows driver name for supported cards

This makes wined3d report the appropriate Windows driver name for the currently
supported NVIDIA and ATI cards. If you have a supported device, this makes the
workaround in attachment 20312 unnecessary. This also fixes a regression in the
recent driver description commit where the description is empty string for
unknown devices instead of "Display".
