I'd put a message on wine-devel and wine-users now, to let people know that if
they have trouble with their wireless authentication to check this value.

I apologise for my earlier catagorical dismissal of this bug. It's probably a
good idea to go through all the tests and make sure that there are no Wine-set
registry keys being left behind.
