Wine isn't an operating system, installing drivers under wine won't help with
supporting your hardware (your OS needs to support it).

The installer itself should work, that could be considered a bug. However,
you're running a very old wine version (1.6.2), please retest in 1.7.48.
Additionally, it may be helpful to try a 32-bit version of the installer, if
one is available.
