I opened a new bugreport here: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44093

But I don`t have the issues you have:
* For me the checkboxes _are_ clickable;
*  and the page with login _does_ appear (though with a javascript error,
that`s what the new bugreport is about). 

Could you tell us what wine version you use?
