[quartz/tests] Fix some test failures on Win95

Hi,

IBaseFilter_QueryFilterInfo is not implemented on my Win95 box which renders 
this part of the test useless as we can't compare names.

I put the check for the result of get_connected_filter_name after the cleanup to 
avoid a goto or duplicate lines.
