[shell32/tests] Fix some test failures on WinMe (FO_COPY)

Hi,

Fixes some failures and prevents two failure dialogs.

The unknown bit is the failure code 0x100a1. It could be something like

(ERRORONDEST | ERROR_BAD_PATHNAME)

but I didn't find any documentation on this one.
