If you have to install some "dlls" - then create a proper installer for this! The game "Briscola chiamata" gives me the same button problem, that appears altered. (The game installs correctly) Once You have installed the game, you can see in the directory where the game is, a directory called "Skins", where there are some .bmp images and .ini related files. I have seen the game take skins for buttons, right from that .bmp files. In the .ini related files there are the "coordinates" the game uses to find skins correctly in the big .bmp images.
