When installing Counter-strike Source with a fresh WINE prefix, everything works fine until certain sound files -- I assume AVI's, given the error -- are played. I have seen certain bot voices (a few of the automated things they say) and some bomb noises cause this crash. However, the problem appears to be resolved in Wine 1.1.0. The associated err:menubuilder: messages are gone from the console trace. To prove this wasn't just a fluke, I installed both applications thrice. All menus items were present each time.
